Program: Cultural Encounters – Interdisciplinary Studies in Language, Literature and Media
  • School of Cultural Studies: European History, Culture and Society in Africa, Cultural Studies with a Major Focus on Religion, Religious Studies, Philosophy & Economics, Sport Economics; Graduate School: Central Europe and the English-Speaking World 1300 - 2000
  • School of Engineering Science: Engineering Science, Materials Science, Environmental and Bioengineering Science, Automotive Components Engineering and Mechatronics, Biotechnology and Process Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy Science and Technology.

 

Each year, the International Summer University for Intercultural German Studies offers a broad range of courses on Language and Literature, European Perspectives, Law and Legal Culture, Film and Media Culture, and much more.

 

To guarantee a high quality of instruction, the University of Bayreuth maintains an inter-university training center for professors and lecturers in partnership with the universities of Bamberg, Erlangen-Nuremberg, and Würzburg.
