The Catholic University of Eichstätt and Ingolstadt (KU) is the only Catholic university within the German-speaking region. The KU is well known for its small class sizes, personal atmosphere, and good infrastructure, all of which enable the KU to top various university rankings. The KU maintains a strong Liberal Arts focus on its campus in Eichstätt while the campus in Ingolstadt is devoted to the economic sciences.
