For the majority of its degrees, the University has met the requirements of the Bologna Process and now offers a host of Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Most of these new degrees have interdisciplinary and international components, as in the elite graduate program in Economics, the BSc in Business, the BSc in International Economics, the Master’s in East-West Studies or Intercultural European Studies, and the five double degree programs offered in cooperation with European partner universities.
Cross-disciplinary cooperation, the strengthening of key competencies, project orientation, and a flexible study program are the hallmarks of these new degree programs that prepare students for modern career options. For international students of law, the University has designed an L.LM course in German Law.
All students, regardless of their specialization, are offered a number of programs that complement their major field of study. Among these are data processing, general language courses, specialized language courses (business, law etc.), courses in oral presentation and communication, plus a program in intercultural communication.
